Non-Condition Returns

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days from the date of receipt (confirmed by Shipping Tracking record) to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is plastic sealed when received, it must remain plastic sealed. Please note that certain types of goods, such as customized products, cannot be returned.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs incurred when the product was sent to you are non-refundable (please contact us in advance for this amount). Additionally, Custom Duty incurred upon the return of the item to China is non-refundable (we will provide a receipt after receiving it). If more than 7 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Warranty Reason Returns

If a product malfunctions during the warranty period and is confirmed defective, the item can be returned for repair. TapElf will cover the freight to send the repaired item back to you.


Wrong Item Reason Returns

Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item and refrain from using it. Keep the original packaging intact, and we will cover all freight and taxes for returning the item and send you the correct one immediately.



We may issue refunds for the following reasons:

1. Returned items per our return policy.
2. Order cancellation.
3. Other reasons.

If you paid by credit card, refunds typically arrive within 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you paid via PayPal, refunds usually arrive within a few hours. If you do not receive the refund within the specified time frame, please contact us to investigate.

The refunded amount may slightly differ from your original payment in your national currency due to varying Currency Exchange rates. TapElf is not responsible for any differences.

Please note that your bank may deduct transaction fees for canceled or fully refunded orders. TapElf is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.



Items marked as gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you cannot be exchanged, refunded, or covered under warranty.



How Long is the Warranty Period?

TapElf warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original order, except for items listed below:

Accessories: 3-6 months warranty according to the brand's policy.

If the Product(s) provided by TapElf are determined to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, TapElf agrees to repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

This warranty extends only to personal use and does not cover products used for commercial or rental purposes, or any unintended use. No warranties other than those explicitly stated herein are provided.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

- Damage due to user negligence, accidents, disassembly, water damage, misuse, abuse, alterations, or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Failure to perform required preventive maintenance.
- Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
- Damage incurred during return transit.
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
- Usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s).
- Failure to perform required preventive maintenance, including backups.
- Weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature.

Furthermore, TapElf is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


Disclaimer of Warranties


TapElf disclaims any and all warranties and representations other than those explicitly specified in this contract. Warranties do not cover products damaged by external causes, including accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties, unauthorized modifications or repairs, usage not following instructions, or failure to perform required preventive maintenance. TapElf shall not be obligated to provide any warranty service unless the customer has paid all invoices in full. TapElf has sole discretion in determining whether the Product is covered under warranty for labor and/or parts.


Governing Law

This contract is governed and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The competent courts in the People's Republic of China have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action concerning this contract. In the event of a dispute related to this contract, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.



How Can I Request a Warranty Replacement or Repair?

You must email our customer service at within the applicable warranty period with your order number and specific inquiries. Please provide detailed descriptions of the problems you encountered.

Can I Cancel an Order?

You have less than 24 hours to cancel an order if it has not been processed yet. Once processed and accepted by our warehouse, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Can I Return Products I Don't Like and Get a Refund?

You may return an item within 7 days of receipt according to the tracking record. The item must be in the same condition as received and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Can I Exchange a Product?

We offer exchanges for items in good condition. The product must be available for purchase on, and its price must be equal to or higher than the original order amount. Customers are responsible for any price differences.
